Printed material options
The Service Sheet (or Order of Service) is a programme of events handed to attendees on arrival at the funeral. They serve as a physical record, detailing; location, time of the service, celebrant or minister, readings, hymns, prayers, song lyrics, poems and photographs. They can also include personal quotes, life advice, favourite recipes or word quizzes.
When the family meet with the celebrant or minister the content is discussed and finalised. This information is usually emailed to us by the celebrant. Desired photographs need to be emailed to us by the family.
Funerals Naturally can design and layout Service Sheets in a variety of formats like; standard A4 folded to A5, or two-fold pocket sized square or bookmarks.
At least two days before the funeral, we email you a PDF to approve before full colour printing on 300gsm card stock.
Hymn Sheets
We can print separate hymn sheets too – rather than cluttering up the Service Sheet with too much text.
Service & Hymn Sheets are a ‘nice to have’ but not essential, especially if you want to keep overall costs down.
Thank You Cards
Possibly a bit of a dying art but some families like to send handwritten thank you cards to acknowledge sympathy correspondence, funeral attendance or for continued kindness and support.
We can create these for you. Conventionally an image of the deceased on the front cover and an optional preprinted message inside. You can include your contact details too – saving repetition.
We recommend a folded card size of A5, this fits into a standard envelope (which we can supply) and therefore standard postage fee.
